In 1991, Scott started a full-service marketing/ communications firm: Zimmer Graphics, Incorporated. Since that time, he has studied graphic design, branding, positioning, psychology (as related to influence) business-to-business selling and one-to-one marketing. In 2001, Scott unveiled the world’s first web-based contact management system (called “Cyrano”) that could automatically deliver customized messages to prospects and clients on behalf of salespeople and rainmakers.
